Order Processing & Supplier Fulfilment
Orders are processed after successful payment has been received.
Because our products are fulfilled through a dropshipping supplier, the supplier generally requires approximately 10–20 business days for processing and fulfilment before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email or SMS when available.

After your order has been dispatched by our supplier, delivery within South Africa generally takes approximately 5–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local delivery service.
